La Ley CARE tiene como objetivo prevenir hospitalizaciones, encarcelamientos y tutelas de salud mental de LPS evitables. Casa Serena sirve como ese puerto seguro, ofreciendo elementos de servicio de apoyo para pacientes internados a personas que atraviesan una crisis de salud mental antes de que se agrave.
