It serves as a tool to help assess if an adolescent is in danger and how to help young people in both crisis and non-crisis situations. |

Let's Talk About It May 2, 2024: Directing Change - Jackie Valadez, Teacher Southwest High School and Directing Change Film Contestant StudentsDirecting Change is a statewide video competition among high school students in which students participate by creating videos that talk about mental health. Submission categories include Suicide Prevention, Mental Heath Matters, and Through the Lens of Culture with the goal of reducing stigma that surrounds mental health. Southwest High School students created several submissions that will be shown at community wide premier on April 27th at Southwest High School. We talk to the teams that created these videos and they share their stories. |
