The Donnelly Center offers a wide range of services for at-risk groups and populations, including drug use education, HIV testing and counseling, individual and family counseling, anger management programs, domestic violence classes, youth programs, LGBT services, and community events. Post-traumatic stress disorder is a condition that is experienced by individuals who have been exposed to or witnessed a traumatic event, which causes them to experience a range of reactions that may include feeling anxious, sad, angry, having trouble concentrating, or sleeping. According to the Social Security Administration, 7 to 8 percent of the U.S. population will have PTSD at some point in their lives. This can include children and adults.
